A. Services & Scheduling

All appointments are confirmed only after booking through our site/booking link or over the phone.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or shortened services.
B. Deposits & Payments

A credit card may be required to hold bookings for curly transformations or group styling services.

Some high‑commitment sessions require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to the final invoice.
C. Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of 50% of the service cost or forfeiture of deposit.

Group bookings (4+ clients) require 72‑hour notice, otherwise 50% fee per absent client applies
D. Refunds & Adjustments

We do not offer refunds on salon services, but will happily perform an adjustment or redo when notified within 3 days of the service at no extra charge.

Product refunds are available within 14 days with original receipt, provided products are unopened and in sellable condition.
E. Photo & Media Consent

We love sharing curl transformations! We ask for written or verbal consent before using client photos or videos for marketing or social media posts. No content will be published without explicit permission.
F. Liability & Disclaimers

We are not liable for allergic reactions due to client mis‑disclosure of sensitivities.

In case we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. stylist illness), we will Offer a full refund or reschedule, especially if paid in advance.

Services, descriptions, and pricing may change without notice. Clients agree to check the most recent pricing at the time of booking.
G. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ottawa, Ontario.
